Conceived by an Italian-Brazilian couple: architect and artist Patricia Orem and chef and economist Felipe Bianchi, Casa della Capra is a destination for lovers of art, cycling and cooking, in front of the charming lake of Mergozzo, in northern Piedmont.

Reservations are also made by filling in the form provided by Casa della Capra and paying 40% of the price. The balance can be paid in up to 3 installments by credit card (charged on the 5th of each month) or by transfer to Casa della Capra's bank account. The deadline for payment of the total amount is 60 days before check-in.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 90 days before arrival, the amount paid is fully refunded. For cancellations between 90 and 60 days the trip, the amount paid is retained as a credit for one year. Cancellations less than 60 days before arrival result in a 100% penalty.If the canceling participant is replaced by another member of the in either case, the amount paid may be refunded.In the event of cancellation for reasons of force majeure, it is permitted to postpone the booking, free of charge, for up to one year, subject to by Casa della Capra.
