Fuoco & Brace Workshop

You as a grill master

The Fuoco & Brace Workshop has a longer duration due to its complexity.
During the class,
Felipe guides participants through meat cuts, different preparation methods, and griddle techniques — the same ones used in the restaurant.

Beyond technical skills, the workshop also explores different types of wood, how to handle fire, and the story behind the meats.

Minimum of 4 participants. Ideal for weekends and subject to availability.

Risotto cooking class
Risotto Cooking Class
The Risotto Cooking Class is a culinary workshop designed to express creativity while building on the traditional foundations of Italian cuisine.
During the class, Felipe guides participants through the identification of different types of rice, broths — such as fish, funghi, and others — and all stages of risotto preparation.

Lasting between 2 and 3 hours, the experience usually takes place at the Pergola of the Fuoco & Brace restaurant and includes the presentation and tasting of the dish prepared.

With a capacity for groups of 4 to 8 people, it is an invitation to reserve a special moment with friends or family and enjoy authentic flavors, prepared and shared by Chef Bianchi.
